Scheduling and Availability

Appointments can be scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates and times, but cannot guarantee specific slots without confirmation. It is recommended to book in advance to secure your desired schedule.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Our pricing is competitive and reflects the quality of our services. Prices are determined based on the scope of work, size of the property, and any additional requirements you may have.

• Standard hedge trimming: £50 per hour
• Tree pruning: £70 per hour
• Landscaping projects: Quoted individually

All prices are subject to change based on specific project needs and will be confirmed prior to commencement of work.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers

Invoices will be provided upon completion of services, and payment is expected within 14 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the efficient delivery of our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the areas where services are to be performed
• Removing any obstacles or valuables that may impede the work process
• Informing us of any specific requests or concerns prior to service commencement

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Liability and Insurance

Hedge Trimming Sanderstead maintains comprehensive liability insurance to cover any potential damages or accidents that may occur during our services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damages
• Natural wear and tear of property
• Damages caused by uncooperative clients

Clients are encouraged to review their own insurance policies to ensure full coverage.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from our services, we commit to resolving the matter amicably through the following steps:

1. Direct communication between the client and our management team
2. Mediation through a neutral third party
3. If necessary, arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with prevailing laws

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
